Friends today I will teach you how to make homemade chocolate cake while sitting at home.
Frnds you must have seen that to make chocolate cake or any cake in the market eggs are used but the cake we make going today it is not used in eggs this cake is eggless ,we have made this cake in a very simple and easy way .
Cake recipe. _:. 4 packet biscuits , 2 cup sugar , 1 packet ENO/baking soda , 3 cup milk
Frnds we will make this cake without using ovan. We cake make in it pressure cooker.
First we will take four packets of biscuits and crust them in a bowl
After that grind those biscuits in the mixi then add three glasses of milk in it.
Then add one spoon of ENo / baking soda and mix it well a very thin batter because thin batter more soft the cake will be .
After that take a pressure cooker and put oil in it then put a butter paper ND grease in oil proper .
Then put the cake in that cooker we can add dry fruits also.
Then put the cooker in the gas in 40 minutes of low flame,
After that check the cake is cooked or not we use knife to check it.If the knife is clean that means the cake is cooked or if the knife is not clean it means it 5 minutes more and then let it cooked.
Then remove the cake from the gas and allow the cake to cool down a while.
If we want to make cake more chocolatey then take 2 packets of chocolate to bring a little chocolate flavour .
Then greese chocolate flavour on the top of the cake then decorate the cake as ur own way.Then let the cake set for 10 min .
Your eggless cake is ready and it is more spongy ND yummy .Here is a good way to make the cake at home .
