Samosa recipe

As uu all know that samosa is most popular that wherever you go you will be able to find them at almost every shop making samosa is not at all very difficult. Today I am telling you the recipe and to made samose in a easy way . So learn step by step .                 

                 

Recipe of samose
1.   Potatoes
2.   All masale (salt , chilii   ,corinder , Haldi)
3.    Maida
4.    Oil
5.    Water
6.    Arvind
7.    Peas

How to made samosa learn step by step .

Pealed the potatoes and then boiled the potatoes in the pressure cooker .

Now take a big bowl and add 2 cup maida or add some ghee, salt ,water and mix it well.

Cover and keep the dough for about 15 minutes. Then prepare the stuffing .

On the gas and heat oil in a pen and to it add oil, ginger, green chilli, and gram peas and cover them and let it cool for 2 minutes till the peas get soft.

Then mashed the potatoes and add masalas like gram masala, corinder powder, paneer and mix the all ingredients well now stuffing is ready.

After that take a dough and make 6 -7 small medium size of balls from the dough in a round shape.

Then divide the poori into two equal halves and apply some water on the edges and fold giving it a cone shape.

Stuffing the cone with potatoes filling  and giving a small fold at the back and apply some water on the edges. Bring both the ends together and stick them well .

Giving the shape perfect and properly. After that take a kadai on the gas and heat oil and fry all samose until they get brown and crispy in a low medium flame.

Then samose is ready . Frnds enjoy Samosaes with any  corinder chatney or red sauce .
